Every entity, one screen
Dashboard
One convenient screen for everything - upcoming events, open invoices, new service of process - with animated displays and one-tap navigation into each main view.
Entities List
Entity names and status at a glance. Filter by status, jurisdiction, or group to find the one you need.
Entity Details
The full record for each entity, with jump links to its related events and invoices. Add an EIN if one is not yet on file.
Compliance
Events and deadlines
Events List
Due and completed dates for every event and task, with subject, entity, and jurisdiction at a glance. Past-due and coming-due items sort to the top; filter by status, entity, and jurisdiction.
Event Details
Set and update EMS reminders, link through to the filing information when it exists, and export the date to your Apple or Google calendar.
