Registered Agent Services
One agent, every jurisdiction. InCorp provides statutory registered agent representation in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands — for a flat $129 per year that has increased exactly once since 1998.
What does a registered agent do?
A registered agent (called a resident agent or statutory agent in some states) is the person or company designated on the public record to receive service of process — lawsuits, subpoenas, garnishments — and official state correspondence on behalf of your business. Every state requires one, at a physical in-state address, available during normal business hours.
Serve as your own agent and your home address becomes public record, you are tethered to your desk during business hours, and a process server can walk into your storefront in front of customers. A commercial registered agent removes all three problems — and with InCorp, adds monitoring, compliance tracking, and a support team that answers.
Why businesses switch to InCorp
Since 1998 we have grown to more than 300,000 clients with a BBB A+ rating by doing the unglamorous parts of compliance exceptionally well: documents delivered the day they arrive, renewal pricing that does not creep, and people who pick up the phone. We will beat any competitor's price on registered agent service, and we absorb transfer fees when you switch.
Wondering if you even need us? Take the honest two-minute "Can I be my own registered agent?" check — six questions, your state's actual statutes, cited.
