How do I find out what information is required and part of public record for a particular state?

Each state asks for different information and some is public record online while other information can only be obtained by ordering document copies from the state. Some states ask for officer information, some only require minimal information. Please discuss which state(s) will be best for you with one of our representatives by calling our office or email us.

How do I find out if InCorp can help with my privacy concerns?

Having a registered agent is the first step. This allows us to receive any legal service on your company instead of being served in your lobby or home.
