InCorp has been in business since January 1998. We were initially formed to solely service the entities of a private investment bank that was engaged in mergers and acquisitions of publicly-traded companies. In June of 2001, we began providing registered agent services (also known as resident agent services) to the public. In 2003, we began offering national registered agent services. We are a very tech-centric company and invest hundreds of thousands of dollars a year developing new technologies - many like EntityWatch® were industry "firsts" and we continue to innovate and develop the next wave of tools to assist our clients.

We give you free unlimited access to your filed documents and service of process via the internet, online bill pay and retrieval, global entity status view in all jurisdictions, the ability to upload your own documents, a customizable compliance calendar, and we continue to add additional features monthly.
