What you need to know when appointing InCorp Services, Inc. as your Virgin Islands Registered Agent:

- Online filings are not currently available.
- Filings usually take about 2-3 weeks for processing. An expedite option is offered for $250 which aims to complete the filing in 2-3 business days.
- The Registered Agent change filing is $0-$25 for Corporations and $50 for LLCs.
- The Government of the Virgin Islands of the United States requires LLCs and Corporations filed in the U.S. Virgin Islands to have a Registered Agent. U.S. Virgin Islands Registered Agents are a person or company designated on public record to accept legal documents (service of process) and notifications from the U.S. Virgin Islands Lt. Governor's office on behalf of the corporate entity. There are few restrictions regarding who can be listed as a Registered Agent, the most important being that the Registered Agent must be located and available at a physical street address, within the U.S. Virgin Islands, during normal business hours.
- Your U.S. Virgin Islands Registered Agent will be responsible, on your behalf, to receive all government notifications sent to Registered Agents and litigation (service of process) documents. In the U.S. Virgin Islands, InCorp's address is for Registered Agent service only.
